What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Our checkout is secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to The United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment.
Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders submitted after 4:00 PM on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.
Please note that order processing time and shipping transit time are two distinct concepts.
